The fourth edition of Amsterdam Film Week takes place from 27 October until 2 November 2014.
Amsterdam Film Week believes in an international film festival in Amsterdam, the cultural capital of the Netherlands. We are a small organisation with big ambitions. The past two years, our efforts led to successful film festivals with an international stature. Amsterdam Film Week 2013 will be held from 28 October until 3 November.
The unique selection of (potential) winners ensures that visitors can always count on a program with high quality movies. By bringing together accessible quality films from around the world, the festival has become attractive for both the general public and for filmmakers, distributors and special brands.
Amsterdam Film Week’s aim is to set various events throughout the year. Events that suit the character of the festival: qualitative & creative. The first of these events - the Amsterdam Series Weekend - will take place from May 24th till May 26th 2013.
Amsterdam Film Week is an initiative of Matthijs ten Berge, Fulko Kuindersma, Ferry van Zijderveld and Maria Lam.
